Privacy notice

Table Tennis Rally uses the details you submit to respond to coaching, equipment consulting, and feedback requests. If you separately choose public display, your rating and feedback text will appear on the Subscribe & Feedback page without your name or contact details. If you opt in to email updates, we store your email address and consent timestamp to manage your subscription.

Information we receive

This may include your name, contact details, mobile number, requested date, equipment preferences, feedback and its 1–5 star rating, whether you consented to public display, a newsletter email address and consent timestamp, the date and time a request was submitted (stored in UTC), and the IP address and approximate region supplied by Cloudflare for security and rate limiting. We do not request precise GPS location through these forms.

How we use it

We use submissions to arrange sessions, provide equipment guidance, respond to feedback, display only feedback that has separate public-display consent, send optional email updates to subscribers, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell submitted personal data.

Shop accounts and verification

If you create a shop account, we store your name, email address, mobile number, verification timestamps, and saved cart items in Cloudflare D1. We use Resend to send the signup email verification code and Twilio to send a mobile sign-in code when you log in. Verification codes are temporary; the email-code verifier is stored as a keyed hash. Signed-in sessions are kept in your current browser tab and expire after seven days. Contact us to request account deletion. The shop is currently a demo and does not process payments or orders.

Optional site analytics

Only if you accept analytics, we collect browser page visits, the previous page on this site, the referring website's hostname, active time while a page is visible, and the approximate country and region provided by Cloudflare. We use a random identifier kept for the current browser tab to understand page journeys; it is not linked to form submissions. We do not store full IP addresses, full browser user-agent strings, URL query strings, or form contents in analytics records.

Separately, recognized bots that run the page script may be counted without analytics consent. For these bot page requests, we store the requested page path, approximate country and region, a recognized company label, and timestamp, but no visitor/session identifier, referrer, or engagement time. User-agent matches are suspected bots and may be spoofed; Cloudflare-verified bots are labeled separately. This does not count bots that do not run the page script. The analytics endpoint temporarily uses the connecting IP for rate limiting, with that rate-limit record expiring after one hour. Analytics records are deleted after 90 days. Analytics consent is stored in your browser for up to 180 days, and you can change your choice below.

Retention and requests

Requests and newsletter subscriptions are stored in Cloudflare D1 and access is limited to the site operator. Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask to unsubscribe or delete them. You can request removal of publicly displayed feedback, unsubscribe, or request correction or deletion by emailing contact@tabletennisrally.in.
